== Description == Cutnut is an evergreen tree that can reach about 15 m. It occurs in forests, woodland and grassland to roughly 400 m, and is also grown around homes and villages in its native region. <sup id="cite_ref-3">[[#cite_note-3|[3]]]</sup> The leaves are glossy and about 25β75 cm long by 8β30 cm wide. Pendulous pink or cream racemes may reach about 65β180 cm and carry roughly 40 flowers. Fruits are egg-shaped to elongated, green, purplish or red, and about 4.5β9 cm long by 2β4.5 cm wide.
